The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Ghizlan and Sara were both wonderful and incredibly kind. I had a long meeting and couldn’t check out at 2 PM — they kindly extended it to 4 PM without any hassle. They went out of their way to accommodate me in every possible way. I truly appreciated their helpfulness and professionalism. I’ll definitely stay here again on future business trips!

I was given room 410, the room and furniture were clean and in good condition. All amenities were included (electric cattle, tea and water, flippers, towels, iron, ironing table, refrigerator, extra pillows, ... etc.). The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location is good where you can find all of your needs within a short distance. I have stayed for 4 nights comfortably. defiantly I will chose this hotel when ever I travel to Wadi Aldawaser for its great service and value for money.

Location is out of the city center, but quite. There is transfer 2x per day for free. Breakfast is very good

A good place to stay in a small town on the main road. Staff was quite cooperative. Breakfast was good.

2 towels provided room are spacious, kind reception allowed us to use extra mattress for my kids. staff are excellent in their jobs

Breakfast was very good, and individually served rather than buffet. Location was easy to find - right on the main road through Wadi ad-Dawasir. Staff was very helpful.
